Design lighter. Place stems with precision.
The 120 mm Kenzan Ring gives you the control of a classic pin frog with a modern, open centre. The ring shape supports stems around the perimeter so blooms appear to “float”, making negative space part of the design. It’s a favourite for low, contemporary centerpieces and ikebana-style arrangements.
Why florists love it
- Open ring layout — space out stems for an architectural, minimal look.
- Rock-solid base — the weighted metal body anchors securely in shallow vessels.
- Sharp, fine pins — grip soft or woody stems without slipping.
- Reusable & eco-forward — design without floral foam.
Best uses
- Low bowls, trays and shallow vases
- Asymmetric, airy tablescapes
- Statement stems (tulips, dahlias, peonies, ranunculus, orchids, snapdragons, branches)
How to use
- Secure the kenzan in your vessel (floral putty or a thin coaster if needed).
- Add water to cover the base.
- Cut stems at an angle and press onto the pins to set your structure.
- Place focal blooms, then fill with supporting stems—leave intentional gaps for lightness.
- Top up water daily.
Care
- Rinse after use and allow to dry thoroughly.
- For deep cleans, use a firm brush between pins.
- Store dry; avoid prolonged submersion between uses.
