Plant Care

Sun: Full sun is essential — provide at least 6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal flowering and fruit production.

Soil: Prefers fertile, well-drained soil enriched with compost or organic matter. Avoid poorly drained soils that may lead to root problems.

Water: Moderate — water deeply and regularly, particularly during flowering and fruit development. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly between waterings.

Fertiliser: Apply a quality citrus fertiliser from spring through late summer to support healthy growth and abundant fruiting. Supplement with micronutrients if foliage shows signs of deficiency.

Pruning: Minimal pruning is required. Remove dead, damaged or overcrowded branches and lightly shape the canopy after harvest if necessary.
